Return Policy

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective, or listed incorrectly online, or different from what you ordered.
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order no more than 3 weeks after the original ship date.
Return postage is refundable on items that are defective, or listed incorrectly online, or different from what you ordered. In case where return shipping charge is refundable, the return shipment is assumed to be of the same class as that of the original shipment from PacificDVDs.com.
Pre-booked items and back ordered items can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charge.
