- Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item is defective,
or listed incorrectly online, or different from what you ordered.
- If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order no more

- Return postage is refundable on items that are defective, or listed incorrectly

- Pre-booked items and back ordered items can be cancelled
